A worthwhile reminder of dogs’ reactions to heat and the precautions we can take with summer approaching, bear in mind that different breeds and age react differently to heat ☀️

I’ve been checking the forecast, and thankfully we’re not expecting temperatures like this just yet. If we do see higher temperatures during the summer months, I’ll contact you directly so we can discuss the best options or as you know your dog best please feel free to contact me if you would like a shorter walk for example.

Please rest assured that your dogs’ safety is always my priority. In warmer weather, I always carry water, shorten walks where needed, and make use of the forest and shaded areas to help keep everyone safe and comfortable 🐾

I refreshed my canine first aid on Sunday and I’m in this video!! 🐶⛑️

It was a fantastic course — had loads of fun while learning too. Thoroughly recommend it, not just for businesses but for all dog owners as well 🐾
