are of your dog, be using top quality shampoo & conditioners to treat your dogs coat and the latest grooming equipment to groom and style your pet accordingly. As a dog groomer, dog owner and pet lover, I understand the importance of animal welfare and so as to cause your pet the least stress all appointments at the salon will be allotted accordingly, as we aim to have as few dogs as possible in the salon at any one time. Please feel free to ask me any questions regarding any of the services we can give your pet while at the salon. I'm sure you will be happy with the care and attention given to your cherished pet but should you have any problem whatsoever please talk to me. FLEA AND TICK POLICY

Dear Customers, please read below 👇

If your Furry Friends aren’t flea treated then I will refuse into the salon to groom and the full price of the appointment will be charged.

Furry Friends Salon strive to be a Flea and Tick free environment, if your dog has Fleas or you suspect that they may be present please reschedule your appointment to a time when your pet is free from the infestation. If you need to cancel your booking please make sure you give at least 48hrs to avoid a cancellation fee.

I recommend that you contact your Veterinary Surgeon to provide you with information to the best treatment.

If you arrive with Fleas on your dog I will refuse the groom and you will be charged the full price.

If Fleas are discovered during the groom I will use a Flea shampoo and I will be required to fumigate the salon and equipment. I will then have to bath all pets that come in with the flea shampoo. An additional charge of £40 will be charged to your bill to help cover these costs.

If Ticks are found an additional charge of £15 will be charged to your bill for their removal. I will not be held responsible for any infection caused by the Tick or its removal.

Sooner or later every pet owner will probably have to deal with a flea infestation. I recommend that prevention is better than cure. Flea and Tick infestations can be harmful to the health of your pets and if this spreads to your home can be costly and take a long time to get clear of them. Please talk to your Veterinary Surgeon to take advise for a suitable ongoing treatment plan.
