Citroen Berlingo.
This lovely lady came all the way from Scotland. She wasn't disappointed when she collected it Friday afternoon.
2 up 2 down with a jump board , escape doors. Compression locks, detent hinges ( not your cheap door hinges) modified bulkhead, low level vent, Altro flooring.
All our cages are shotblasted, powder coated zinc primer and top coated using exterior grade powder.

Two vans were collected last week for two lovely customers. We believe in attention to detail and a true custom fit, not just a box that slides in and doesn't utilize the full potential of the van.

Some of them just in time for Crufts.

Toyota Proace, Peugeot Expert, Citroën Dispatch.
Four large cages with escape doors, compression locks keyed alike, detent hinges, finished shot-blasted, zinc-coated, and top-coated in RAL 7021.
Large bed area, compressor fridge, and rear storage cupboard.

Everyone at Moonfrost is taking a well earned break for 1 week, mainly down to the fact that I'm marrying my beautiful financee tomorrow.

Brand new Fird Transit Custom LWB
3 up 2 down in the rear with escape doors, fold up jump board, bttm removable divider.
4 more large cages behind the drivers seat with removable dividers.
Side security door.
Altro flooring throughout, plastic lined , led lights and modified bulkhead.
Finished shotblasted, zinc coated and top coated Ral 4005.

Transit custom, 2 large cages with escape doors compression locks keyed alike detent hinges finished shot blasted and powder coated zink, and top coated ral 5015. New ply floor + Altro flooring. Storage area above .

Vauxhall Vivaro High top.
This setup was a challenge for us but we and customer think it came out great.
So what did we do, new ply, insulated, plastic lined, carpeted. 4 cages raised above wheel arches giving storage below. Large double bed area which is achieved by placing 3 x frames in position above the kitchen pod when the bed is required.
Lots of storage cupboards, microwave, deisel heater, induction hob , sink, fridge, tv, inverter to give 230v sockets lithium battery, dc to dc charging system, usb, 12v sockets, awning, awning lights, rear flood light, reversing camera, tv aerial, 240watt solar panels, double front swivel seats, windows, led lights, reading lights Maxxair fan ,the list goes on and on.
This van had everything and the kitchen sink.
