New Transit Crewcab.
The Customer wanted the crewcab side of things removed so they could have a large double bed over the cages.
A new floor was fitted and insulated + the rest of the van.

The result is a haven of functionality and freedom, featuring four spacious cages with plush bed areas above, meticulously insulated, carpeted, and plastic-lined for effortless cleaning, complemented by durable Altro flooring throughout. A sleek kitchen pod is equipped with an induction hob, sink, and fridge, housing the electrical system, with a lithium battery, 2000-watt inverter, Victron DC-DC charger, 220-watt flat solar panel, solar controller, Victron smart shunt, low-level electric fan, LED lights in both dog and living areas, USB points, 12-volt socket, and 230-volt socket work in harmony to empower life on the move. Paired with a swivel seat, awning rail, windows, and curtains, this van is a testament to the possibilities of tailored design. SWB Renault Trafic/Vauxhall Vivaro. 4 cages all with escape doors, bed area above, fully insulated, carpeted and plastic-lined in the dog area. LED lights in the cages and van's headliner. Kitchen pod with fridge, induction hob, sink, USB points, 12-volt sockets, and 230-volt to power air fryer etc., lithium battery, DC/DC charger, 2000-watt inverter. Solar panel, sliding door window, and curtains, swivel seat. Storage area over the passenger-side wheel arch. Altro flooring throughout. Our customer was over the moon with the transformation.

Citroen Berlingo.
This lovely lady came all the way from Scotland. She wasn't disappointed when she collected it Friday afternoon.
2 up 2 down with a jump board , escape doors. Compression locks, detent hinges ( not your cheap door hinges) modified bulkhead, low level vent, Altro flooring.
All our cages are shotblasted, powder coated zinc primer and top coated using exterior grade powder.
