As part of our service, we look to ensure your pet’s ashes are prepared and ready to be returned within 1- 3 days of your pet coming into our care.

On occasions some families have specifically asked for a same day cremation service.
If you require this service, please let us know when discussing the arrangements so we can manage expectations from the outset.

Wherever possible, we will always do our very best to accommodate same day cremation requests, ensuring your beloved companion is treated with the care, dignity, and the respect they deserve. ❤️🐾

We have been working on a very special project the last few months. Our new Farewell Room which has been thoughtfully designed to provide a warm, peaceful, and comforting space where families can spend precious final moments with their beloved pets. Created with the feeling of a welcoming home rather than a clinical environment, the room offers a calm and private setting filled with gentle touches that encourage reflection, remembrance, and love. We understand the deep bond shared between pets and their families, and our goal is to provide a serene place where goodbyes can be shared with dignity, comfort, and compassion ❤🐾

At such an emotional and difficult time, we believe pet owners should have the right to choose the cremation service that best meets their wishes and the needs of their beloved pet. Families should never feel rushed or pressured into making a decision before they are ready. Taking the time to consider the options available can provide comfort and reassurance during the grieving process.

To help families plan ahead and ensure their wishes are fully respected, we have created a Pre-Cremation Wishes Form, allowing owners to record their wishes in advance and ensure every detail is carried out with dignity, care, and love for their beautiful pet.
