Oh my… what a holiday. We’re back and fully recharged. Had the most wonderful time in sunny Spain, sea dips, pizza, ice cream, padel, uno and even chess!

With the warmer weather arriving, we just wanted to share a quick reminder about heat safety for our dogs ☀️🐾

We know there are lots of different opinions out there about when it is or isn’t safe to walk dogs in the heat. Everyone has their own experiences and comfort levels and we completely respect that.

But as a dog‑centred business, we have a responsibility to follow the safest, most widely accepted guidance to protect every dog in our care. Heatstroke can happen quickly, even on days that don’t feel “that hot”, which is why we take a cautious approach.

When temperatures rise, we’ll be:

• prioritising morning walks only, when it’s cooler
• avoiding midday and afternoon heat
• offering to rearrange walks for another day in June if needed

Thank you so much for understanding and trusting us to make the safest decisions for your pups.

BREAKING NEWS.

Kiyomi and I are excited to announce that we’re having a baby boy, due October the 4th.💙👶

This will mean we will be closing our doors for boarding and day care for 4-6 weeks across late September & October, to allow the new addition some space before being bombarded with face licks! 🐶

For our walking customers, I will be taking 2 weeks off after baby arrives to support Kiyomi the best I can. I will communicate this with you nearer the time. We will need a little flexibility on dates unfortunately, as you never really know when baby will arrive. 🙏🏼

Lastly, we have a couple of holidays booked. One next week 27th May - 4th June. Another from the 10th - 23rd August. ☀️🍻

We appreciate you all so much. It’s been a whirlwind few months. The joy of finding out about the pregnancy and the agony of losing our boy, Dallas has all been a bit confusing. But, we’ve dusted ourselves off and are doing our best to get prepared for the new addition. 💪🏼

If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll do our very best to keep disruption to a minimum. 🙏🏼 🐾
