I hope you’re all doing well and looking forward to some cooler weather 🌦️
We’re now getting into the final stages of pregnancy, and with our baby boy due very soon, we’re starting to plan things a little more carefully. Not sure where the time has gone…
It’s safest for us to organise bookings in shorter blocks, so we’re working two weeks at a time. With that in mind, could you let us know what you need for the first two weeks of September please? Once we have those dates, we can plan our schedule properly and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Boarding & Day Care will be closed from the 21st September until further notice. If you have boarding or day care booked with us early September, please also send over your emergency contact details. This is just in case Kiyomi goes into labour and we need someone who can step in for collections at short notice. It’s unlikely, but it’s better to have everything prepared.
We also wanted to mention that over the next month or two, we may need a little flexibility with services. As we get closer to the due date, things can change quickly and it might be we’re unable to complete booked services. In this instance, you will receive a refund or we can credit your account so that you can use the missed service in the future.
