A message from our CEO:
"It’s been heart-breaking for us to see the news coverage of the fires that are continuing to burn throughout large parts of Australia. Despite the heroic and continued efforts of firefighters and many volunteers, the fires continue to spread and the effect that they are having is, in many cases, catastrophic.

Our thoughts are with the thousands of people affected, and those families who have lost loved ones. We are also extremely conscious of the effect that the fires are having on Australia’s wildlife, with thousands of acres of natural habit having been destroyed already, and with an estimated, half a million animals being displaced, injured and sadly killed as a result of the situation.

Because of the loyalty of our amazing customers and clients across the whole group, we’re in a position to help by making a donation in their name through VIP Lifelines. I’m humbled to be able to say that we will be donating £100,000 which is around $190,000 AUD worth of lifelines, as a cash donation to the WWF (Worldwide Fund for Nature).

The WWF will use this money right where it’s needed, helping to restore habitats and give emergency care to injured animals, whilst at the same time trying to protect existing wildlife."

Our fish friends require a varied diet to stay healthy and maintain their beautiful colours. Join us at 16:30 on week days, and 15:00 on weekends to witness the feeding frenzy 🐟🐠🦐🐚

Guinea pigs require loads of fresh green veg to obtain the Vitamin C they are lacking. We feed our little pigs at 4pm every week day, and at 2:30pm on weekends. Come in to have a chat about guinea pig feeding requirements and see them enjoying their veg time 😁
