It is with very much sadness that I have to say that our gorgeous Blossom has passed over the rainbow bridge. 😿 She became very poorly overnight so a visit to the emergency vet was necessary. The vet summised that she’d had a blood clot which had obviously moved and caused the paralysis in her rear end. There is little or no success to any treatment and therefore the kindest thing to do was to put her to sleep, which happened in my arms. 😢 The condition is known as ‘the silent killer’ since there is no way of detecting the clot until it causes physical symptoms.
Blossom was one of our first ever litter as a breeder and gave us some beautiful kittens of her own. Her bond with her mum,Bella, was incredible and she was always with or nearby her. In one way, I’m pleased that she’s gone before her mum as I think she would have pined herself away. 😿Needless to say she will be very much remembered and missed. 😽🌈💔

Neytiri is home after having her spay which all went well! She’s decided to absolutely flop on me ( something which rarely happens)! She hates being in the recovery shirt!!

A bittersweet day today! 🥲 Bertie is now in his lovely new home and getting to know his brothers, Herbie, Lenny and Patch! He’s going to be very happy! 😻

2nd jab and his microchip done today! Little Bertie was a star - no fuss at all! Passed his inspection with flying colours!
