Yesterday 27th May! Was our last day trading out of the shop in stubbington village! A very sad day for everyone, and I know our customers also feel the same way!!

I just wanted to personally thank all our customers again for their support and loyalty throughout the years and kind messages throughout the last couple of weeks! it has been a pleasure running the little village shop for the last 10 years and I know we will be missed!

But……..

🥳🥳 We are excited to confirm that we have secured a new unit where we will be running our dog grooming service from!!

GRACIE & COURTNEY aren’t going anywhere 😬😬 and will be continuing to keep your doggy’s looking their best! ✂️🛁

We cannot wait for everyone to come back to our new salon in a couple of weeks!!

We are hoping to be back up and running on 16th June in our new location. This will be confirmed in the coming days!! So keep your eyes peeled for further updates!
When this page will be replaced with our new solely grooming page!

It has been decided that tomorrow (Tuesday 20th May) will be the last day that the shop will be open excluding our grooming salon!!

Don’t worry though our groomers will still be open until Tuesday 27th May!!

Important announcement 📢

We hope this message finds you well,

It is with a heavy heart that we regretfully inform you that due to rental increases and rising operational costs on the unit, we have been left with no option but to close our much loved grooming salon & pet shop. Our last day of operation will be TUESDAY 27TH MAY 2025.

We appreciate this news may come as a shock, along with a sense of sadness and dissapointment as we have been part of this community for many years and have built up some amazing relationships with our 4 legged clients and their humans, but we want to express our sincere gratitude for your loyalty and trust over the last 10 years. It has been an honour to care for your beloved pets and we will truly miss seeing you and them.

The customer base and community we have created over the last 10 years is overwhelming to say the least and we are absolutely gutted that this is a decision we have had to come to.
Not only is it the last 10 years but even the last 40! I, myself remember coming to pet shop as a young girl and always getting excited to Eric the minor bird!

As for grooming All appointments up until and including the 27th May will be able to go ahead as normal, and if you would like to move your June appointments forward, or book in your last appointments with us, please do so, as soon as possible, as with such short notice, which has been taken out of our control, spaces are limited but we will do all we can do to accommodate you. Gracie & Courtney have offered to work extra.

Our amazing groomers Gracie & Courtney along with Katie, Lousie & Helen are extremely saddened by this news so we would kindly ask for your understanding and respect during this difficult time that we are navigating.

We are hoping this will not be the end , as one door closes another may open, so they say, and we may find another unit in the future whereby we can re-open and see all of their beautiful faces again.

Again thank you so much for your support and loyalty over the years, it has meant the world to us.
