You'd never even know that Truffle came to me because she couldn't cope with being groomed. Each time she comes, she goes away with some homework and when she comes back, she's absolutely nailed it. I still can't believe how much she has achieved, in such a small space of time. I'm so glad she's on my books and I got to see her fly 🥰

Maddie is absolutely fabulous. It's so lovely that she comes to greet me now and she will even give me a kiss on the odd occasion. Her stress has reduced significantly, which has reduced the grooming time. Maddie has a fun and active life, so she has short legs and spaniel feet, so they're easier to manage 😍

This is Sally, she is Zero's little sister and it's her second visit to me. She doesn't need much done but she does need to build her confidence. She's very good at showing me how she's feeling, so I can adjust things to help her but she does love the memory foam bath mat and sitting in my lap 🥰

Sidney's smile says it all. We worked on removing mats caused by his harness yesterday. We really weren't sure how it would go but it went so well that we managed to do his hygiene as well. The dog that mum thought would be blacklisted is absolutely flying, all he needed was a different approach and having a team that is listening to what he is saying 🥰
