To make everyone aware.
Please do not lie to me that your dog is not aggressive during grooming.
Putting your dog in an uncomfortable situation and me in a dangerous one.
The information I’m needing to be aware of is all asked before booking your dog in so please don’t lie.
If your dog is aggressive during grooming the groom will be stopped, the owner will be rang to collect the dog and full price will still be charged. Please make sure you’re aware of this.
It’s amazing how many people don’t say anything about their dog’s behaviour and if the behaviour is bad enough for me to stop a groom, then a previous groomer would of disgusted it already with the owner. Please be honest when booking in thanks 🐶

Can’t believe I’m writing about another no show this morning.
I don’t think people realise how much it affects small businesses booking appointments and not showing up.
Looks like introducing a booking fee might have to start for any further appointments.
Keep going on like this could possibly lead to closure, businesses can’t keep doing this please have some consideration.
We are all trying to make a living

I don’t want to write this but honestly I’m getting sick of people not turning up for appointments.
This is just a small business I run on my own and my lively hood.
If I get less than 24hrs notice you will be charged the full price of your groom, 48hrs will be half the groom price. These are my terms and conditions so please consider this when you’re booking in. In this short space of time it’s very difficult for me to fill these spaces.
Because of so many let downs I’m really considering taking a none refundable deposit on bookings in future , this is something I didn’t want to do but the way things are going it’s leaving me with no choice
