im to ensure the grooming experience is an enjoyable one for your dog. First we need to have a consultation with you and your hound(s). The Consultation is a vital part of the job as it’s the start of hopefully a fun and long relationship. This will be the first chance to start building a bond of trust with your pooch and lets us get an idea of their individual personalities. Some dogs may need extra care too if they’re e.g. elderly, diabetic or just a puppy. Once you’re happy you’d like to choose Woof Diamonds Grooming then we just pop all the relevant information onto your client card and ensure we get as much detail as possible so I can reach the groom/look you desire for your furry friend. Then we just arrange a convenient time for the pampering to take place. We offer a personal taxi so there’s no having to share with strangers and no need for you to take time out of your day either! After the exciting ride to our specially adapted luxury pamper dome they will get to enjoy a groom to the level of your choosing including a lovely Hydro bath, to give your pooch the ultimate massage and pamper then brush out or full groom. Ears and nails are included for free in both options. We only use carefully selected natural, safe products. Included will always be a full health check, after all, we will see your dog more often than your vet would and can keep you up to date with any changes.
