As many of you know, Buster lacks a little in the height department. He’s a small guy, but we don’t discriminate around here. He’s had a little peep hole in the fence for quite some time, just to keep tabs on who’s coming and going, make sure everything’s running smoothly and most of all be nosey👀🙈

It’s just had a little glow up, more like a picture frame to make him blend in as though he’s a painting and not just eavesdropping🫣

Buster LOVES to say hi to everyone, he’s very friendly so feel free to say hello. He also very spoiled with treats by lots of my customers but I must add he’s very allergic to chicken!

I will get back to the stack of messages tomorrow, I’m enjoying the sun and working on the garden☀️ Have a lovely day everyone!🙌🏼

3rd place!🙌🏼🎊

I have been keeping a little bit of a secret. Recently I decided to enter my first ever online grooming competition using Riley the German Shepherd to enter the “Double Coat Beginners” class.

The competition was tough, up against 8 other amazing groomers so I didn’t expect to place. But to my surprise I came 3rd🥹

I had so much fun doing this and got lots of positive feedback to use moving forward, I already have a couple more competitions entered and my models provisionally chosen🙈 So excited!

Huge thanks to Mr Riley’s mum for letting me do what I wanted with him, he really is the best boy! A couple of before and afters⬇️

Just a little update regarding bookings⬇️

Due to the recent increase in no-shows, I now have a secure payment link which will be sent to all new customers or those who have no showed/cancelled late in the past to pay a £20 deposit before your booking is confirmed.

This deposit will be fully refunded if the appointment is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice - anything later deems it non refundable. The deposit will be deducted from the overall price of the groom should you show up.

This wasn’t an easy decision, but I do need to protect my time and income. Hopefully this will help reduce no-shows moving forward.

This does NOT apply to my current customers, who always turn up on time and who I’ve never had any issues with - I really appreciate your continued support and reliability.

Please note deposits must be paid via the payment link provided rather than bank transfer, as this keeps everything together within my booking app and allows me to keep track of bookings and payments more efficiently.
