Today is a really hard day for me.

I was so saddened to hear today that Angus recently passed away. Hearing the news has truly broken my heart.

I’ve had to say goodbye to Angus, one of my longest-standing doggies, and honestly, it doesn’t feel like losing “a client’s dog” — it feels like losing one of my own.

Angus has been such a special part of my life and my little boarding family for so long. I’ll miss the way he greeted me, his little routines, and the calm, loving presence he brought every time he stayed. The house is going to feel very different without him.

Doing what I do means I get to love so many incredible dogs, but Angus will always hold such a special place in my heart.

My heart is with his family right now. Thank you for trusting me with such a precious soul — it’s something I’ll always carry with me.

Sleep peacefully, Angus. You’ll always be part of my home and my heart. 🐾💔

We’re excited to announce that our 2027 dates are now officially open for bookings! 🎉

If you’re planning ahead for holidays, work trips, or special occasions, now’s the perfect time to secure your dog’s stay with us. Spaces fill up quickly, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

📅 Please note:
We will be closed from 11th January until 1st February 2027, so bookings will not be available during this period.

As always, your dogs will enjoy a safe, loving, and fun environment while you’re away 🐶💛

Running a professional dog care business comes with many responsibilities that most people never see.

We are not simply “someone who likes dogs”.

Why does this matter?

Because caring for dogs professionally goes far beyond taking them for a walk.

It’s understanding behaviour.
It’s recognising subtle body language between dogs.
It’s preventing conflicts before they happen.
It’s knowing what to do if a dog becomes injured, overheats, or suddenly becomes unwell.

Our business also carries insurance, which protects everyone involved — the dogs, our clients, and our home during pet sitting visits.

Then there are all the things that happen quietly behind the scenes:

• trial overnight before accepting dogs into our care
• carefully matched walking groups
• choosing safe locations
• adjusting plans based on weather and conditions
• constant supervision and responsibility

These are the standards we choose to uphold every single day, even when most of that work happens quietly behind the scenes.

😍 There’s nothing better than a house full of happy paws 🐾💛

I feel so lucky to spend my days with these gorgeous dog boarders — each one with their own personality, quirks, and cuddle style! From zoomies in the garden to sofa snuggles and peaceful nap piles, it’s always an adventure.
Thank you to all the wonderful owners who trust me with your babies. They’re treated like part of the family from the moment they walk through the door 🏡🐶
