We specialise in the care of miniature /small size breeds. Your dog

will enjoy loving home comforts. Use of our safe secure garden any time and super daily walks with no time limits. Our home boarding doggies receive two to three daily park, country, woodland or beach walks. Regular photo and some video updates will be on our page: "Bespoke home from home dog boarding". Owners provide their dog's own food and treats, clean dog, clean bedding, food bowl, some toys and secure collar and lead. We will take care of the rest ie lots of love and affection and fun times spent with the Carer where bonding will take place and we will hope to see your pooch again many more times in the future where your beloved dog will really have a happy home from home experience. Spaces are limited so I advise early bookings throughout the year. Please call or message Miriam the business owner for further information and daily rate. Different rates may be quoted depending on dates and duration, age and size of dog, medications to be administered and any special needs. Please discuss your requirements with Miriam. Office hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 7.00pm Sat - Sun 10am - 7.00pm. As we are often away on dog walks having lots of fun, it would be advisable that you send me a message or give me a call or leave a message on the answer machine with a note of your name, location, telephone number, dates of boarding, breed, s*x, age and neutered and spayed details of your dog. Hello πŸ‘‹.. Hope you are all happy and well, doggies too.... So I've just turned over 60 πŸ₯³πŸ˜….. Haven't had a chance to use my bus pass yet... Too busy with my pooch Zetta and other things going on this year... Hopefully things will settle down soon and maybe I'll be in a position to home board again.. For now I'm finding a better balance so that I can get back to my art and also enjoy caring for doggies on a lesser scale than previously when I had no Me time. Love to all... πŸ‘‹ Spring is on the way.... Daffodils are here, season is changing 🌼🌻🌼... I hope you are all happy and well enjoying your walks.... Zetta bumped into one of her friends when we were on a beautiful coastal walk and picnic, last week....
Crufts was fun to watch... We were rooting for the Cavalier King Charles.
I'm busy as usual, taking time out to attend to personal things. Enjoying my free time, long time overdue πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

Celia requires short regular length leads, muzzles, quick dry bedding, suitable toys, dog treats... Exercise volunteers. If you are unable to provide any of the above perhaps you would like to sponsor a particular rescue greyhound or give sponsorship of a particular dog as a gift to a friend, details are on their website. Hello ya'll πŸ‘‹πŸ˜. Just a wee message to say I hope you are all happy and well.. I think about many of you often.... This is Zetta today after a lovely cold wet dreich walk in Pittencrieff Park with Mum and around 14 peacocks who decided to walk with us 🦚🦚🦚🦚🦚🦚🦚🦚.
As we march through January, I'm bashing on with my personal to do list, always very busy... Tomorrow I'll be handing in lots of goodies for the residents at my late dad's nursing home, it will be my first visit back there, so probably quite emotional seeing so many familiar faces again. And I have lots of warm bedding to hand into the greyhound rescue centre too.. I hope you all have nice plans for the week ahead... Stay warm and safe, hugs for your doggies from me πŸΎπŸ’•πŸΎ. Ps. πŸŒŸπŸŽ„Merry Christmas from me to you! πŸΎπŸ’žπŸΎ.

It's now time for me to take a break for now, from my very busy dog home boarding business, which has been operating very successfully for over 25 years, non stop.

I've so many things to attend to over the next few months with mum, since the recent passing of my dear Dad, which happened while I was incredibly busy with boarding doggies.

Dad's battles and struggles with dementia started in 2018, also became my battles and struggles with authorities and low grade nursing homes over the past few years, also through covid times.
I was able to make changes in two dreadful nursing homes in Fife and save a few lives with the aid of newspaper reports, police and two MPs. Dad had good care in his final year and a half, he passed peacefully at age 94.
Dad was blessed to live a wonderful life as a full time artist and sculptor, he also made the snow globes for Walt Disney, and so much more, I loved being his art assistant.
He won many significant awards and employed a lot of people and always had mum by his side since she was age 19.

We walked our golden retrievers and my Great Dane, up Arthur Seat in Edinburgh daily and the home boarding dogs loved those walks too. Always keeping ourselves fit and active. Then we moved to Dunfermline 18 years ago, we enjoy fabulous walks here in Fife.
The business had a team of 8 Licensed, Vet Approved dog carers, as a team, we cared for hundreds of dogs every year.

Thank you for choosing me to care for all your lovely dogs over the years, Mum and Dad were also my dog helpers which they loved. Many of you met and knew them well.

Meantime I'm not accepting any bookings for 2026. As time goes on during 2026, once I have time to sort out personal things, if I decide to home board, I'll pop a post on here.

For now my plan is to return to painting pictures, which I used to do with Dad all the time. Also I'm keen to offer some charitable work with dogs and dementia.

Harley and Darcy have enjoyed another wonderful holiday with Zetta, we walked many miles from morning till night in lots of rainy stormy weather, then came back to my house to be washed down, dried, relax and have fun together and cuddles with me. This was my last two holiday doggies for 2025. πŸΎπŸ’žπŸŽ„πŸΎ

My last lovely two doggies this year have enjoyed another wonderful holiday with Zetta. We had great fun together, walked many miles in wind and heavy rain. Enjoyed lots of cuddles and fun back at my house. Zetta had a lovely farewell time with Harley and Darcy before they left, they are very bonded. It's routine for them all. πŸ’žπŸŽ„πŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸ
