Three Valleys Equestrian. Based from Court Farm and Knap Farm at Buckland Newton DT2 7BT. We offer a wide range of livery facilities.

Three Valleys Equestrian offer a wide range of livery facilities. Including Full, Part, DIY and Grass livery. All our stables are nestled among three valleys of private estate over 500 acres in the middle of Dorset. Facilities include three separate stable blocks at Knap Farm, and a large stable complex at Court Farm:

Knap Farm House Stables (6 large stables with self contained tack and feed stor

age, spring water feed and mains electric)

Knap Farm Red Brick Stables (5 large stables with self contained tack and feed storage, spring water feed and mains electric)

Knap Farm Barn Stables (10 loose boxes with self contained tack and feed storage, spring water feed and mains electric)

Court Farm Stable Complex (19 large indoor stables with Monarch sliding doors, railings, swivel feeders and automatic drinkers, indoor wash down bay with hot water shower, extensive tack and feed storage. Kitchen room with communal area and toilet. Large concrete parking area for lorries, trailers and cars. 5 stall Claydon Horse walker. We have two all weather arenas on site, alongside Court Farm Stables complex is a 60m x 30m with post and rail fence. And for Knap Farm stables we have a 42m x 22m with dressage kick boards. Full set of Jump For Joy show jumps compliment each arena. ALL stables have access to all year round turnout. Paddocks have Hot Rail Fencing or post and rail fencing with farm spring fed water troughs. Our 5 furlong grass gallop is based at the top of the estate, running slightly uphill all the way! It is on well draining chalk land so remains usable all year round. Fantastic hacking from Batcombe Downs to Dorset Gap. Brilliant quiet road work with fantastic fitting hills. Principle building consisting of 19 large indoor monarch stables, indoor wash down bay and extensive tack and feed storage.

Second building with 4 large indoor monarch stables with beautiful monarch windows looking out. Indoor wash down bay. Large storage area with open access to one end of barn for storage of shavings, large straw / hay bales etc.

20 well draining grass turnout paddocks. Some individual size and some bigger for group turnout. All post and electric rope fencing.

One bedroom grooms annexe with separate kitchen and bathroom located above the principle building stables also available.

60m x 30m menage with Martin Collins sand and clopf fibre surface, fully fenced with sloping kick boards.
Grass show jump / dressage field
5 horse Claydon exerciser.
Large concrete parking area for lorries, trailers and cars.

5 Furlong grass gallop on site and fantastic all weather gallop under 20 minutes travel time.
All year turnout with Electric Fencing.

I don’t often post about the ongoing work that goes on at TVE. But this week I had one of our yards tack / feed rooms upgraded and it is rather pretty 😍.

Thank you so much to Martin from Bespoke Tack Rooms. After stumbling across his website on google I decided I needed his help and I can’t recommend him enough! He even made Socks our yard cat her own area.

Thank you also to Garage Style Ltd for a fab new floor. Non slip, hard wearing and easy to clean 🙌🏻.

I guess I don’t have any excuses not to clean tack now !

So proud of our new barn adding 4 new monarch stables, a wash bay and further storage to our Court Farm Stables Complex. Still some work to be completed but it’s looking fab 😬

Our dressage arena had a surface upgrade today by adding Martin Collins sand and clopf fibre 👌!

10 stables are now available to rent at our farm in Buckland Newton DT2 7BT. A self contained yard within a large working farm barn. 40ft container for tack/feed room. 6 large turnout paddocks all with new post and electric rope fencing. Use of onsite 40x20 arena.
