A big thank you to everyone who commented on our competition.

After searching through the many guesses as to what kind of new resident we were getting (including the classic snow leopard) there was only one person with a very specific answer.

Our NEW opening times in the Diner start tomorrow and Cowboy Jake has been busy sampling the latest delights to be added to our menu.

Open from 8am Monday to Saturday and 10am Sundays drop in for a delicious breakfast or grab your grub to takeaway.

That breakfast waffle looks mighty fine and will be available from Monday 16th June.

🎼Ma' heart beats true for the red, white and blue 🎼

There's so many extra little touches going into the Country Park whilst we wait for the authorities to give us the green light.

We're also currently in the process of planning for all eventualities too just in case there are more delays. We can feel the summer holidays getting closer and closer but even if we can't open the Country Park we'll already have something else up our sleeves to excite you all.

It's everyone's favourite feature of the week! It's "Interesting Vehicle To Visit The Ranch Day!"

Today we're love to share this very cool looking 1933 Wolseley Police Car.

At over 90 years old and still going strong we loved getting to take a look inside whilst the owners stopped of for a Full Ranch Breakfast.

Burning, cutting and engraving wood is a daily occurrence at the moment as we continue to sprinkle ranch magic all over the site.

With our bespoke signage being made on site as well as lots of other little details it'll really give a special touch to the ranch knowing everything is unique.

We've BIG NEWS coming out of our Diner!

We're pleased to announce that from the 16th of June we will be extending the opening hours of our Diner.

Our new Diner hours will be:

Monday- Saturday 8am-6pm
Sunday 10am-4pm

There'll be new menu items as well as the option for eat in or take out!

We'll see you all bright and early on the 16th for a hearty breakfast!
