Before we do, we’re making some important updates to the app that will allow us to offer pet first aid training through our trusted training partner.

This means that soon:
✅ Pet professionals without a pet first aid qualification will be able to access discounted training and join Pumbah.
✅ Pet owners will also be able to take part and learn valuable pet first aid skills that could make all the difference in an emergency.

Our goal has always been to help raise standards, improve pet safety, and make pet first aid more accessible to everyone.

Before we do, we’re making some important updates to the app that will allow us to offer pet first aid training through our trusted training partner.

This means that soon:
✅ Pet professionals without a pet first aid qualification will be able to access discounted training and join Pumbah.
✅ Pet owners will also be able to take part and learn valuable pet first aid skills that could make all the difference in an emergency.

Our goal has always been to help raise standards, improve pet safety, and make pet first aid more accessible to everyone.

Pet owners 🐾 if you’d like to download and take a look at the skilled and trusted pet pros we currently have on the app, you are more than welcome! Just note we won’t be taking bookings through the app just yet ☺️

It’s a great opportunity to gain a valuable skill, boost your credentials, and become part of a growing community of pet professionals committed to pet safety.

🐾 And it’s not just for pet professionals! Pet owners will also be able to access our discounted pet first aid training, helping more owners gain the knowledge and confidence to act in an emergency. We haven’t launched to pet owners yet but the app is available for download should you want to set up an account for your furry friend ☺️

🐾 Exciting changes are coming to Pumbah 🐾

Following feedback from pet professionals, we’re updating our onboarding process to allow pet professionals without a pet first aid qualification to join the platform.

Those without pet first aid training will have the opportunity to complete a discounted course through one of our training partners and earn a green tick badge on their profile once qualified. ✅

The app update is currently being worked on, but we’d love to hear from interested pet professionals now.

If you’d like to be one of the first businesses onboarded when the update goes live, comment below or send us a message and we’ll add you to our priority list. 💜

We’re exploring a partnership with a pet first aid training provider to offer discounted courses through Pumbah and help raise standards across the industry.
