A round up of the week's activity since Wednesday. We have made it to Sunday, despite still not having a vehicle and the insane heat/humidity! I've been out for walks every day, starting at 6.30am and often finishing at 9/9.30pm. I would NEVER prioritise my needs over the dogs, so 3/4 walks per day, early starts and late finishes and generally feeling totally exhausted both physically and mentally is absolutely worth it! I can rest easy knowing I have given my best to every single dog I am fortunate enough to be entrusted with.
Someone said to me recently 'you're really passionate about your job, aren't you?' and I suppose that's a pretty astute observation. I worked in a bank for 11 years, I was not passionate about that AT ALL. I worked in restaurants/bars/night clubs/theatres etc for 15 years and as much as I loved that world, I wasn't passionate about it. But I cannot begin to describe how much I love what I do now and how fortunate I feel that I created Pawsome, that it's thriving and that it's approaching it's 10th year of business.
Anyway, enough about me...show some love for Luca, Rex, Milo, Mini Milo, Mabel, Digby, Millie, Monty, Scotch, Rolo, Louie, Peanut, Denzel and Roo!
