All Creatures Great and Small All Creatures Great and Small Animal Sanctuary - registered charity operating in Cwmbran South Wales The Sanctuary costs over £250,000 every year to run.

All Creatures great and Small was established in 1992 and became a registered charity in 2001. The sanctuary cares for unwanted, abandoned, neglected and abused animals. We currently care for approximately 107 animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, goats, chickens, horses, geese, sheep, pigs and many more. This ensures a high standard of care for the animals, which is required in accordance with Animal Welfare Laws. ADCH Accredited

This just in from her foster parents!👇

“Morning! Hope everyone is surviving the heat.

Just a quick message;
Tia continues to do really well! We have seen first hand her absolute love for water and swimming. She adores it.
Her and Luna continue to have their playful moments but Tia also enjoys giving Luna a good face clean now, which is the sweetest thing.

She is the most loving dog and checks in with us humans all the time for a fuss. She is not keen on the hoover! But she just moves herself away, she doesn’t get stressed or anything. She also takes her job of security guard dog of the house very seriously 😝

She settles easily in the house, for how young and energetic she is - She is more than happy to slump next to you and cuddle and wait for her next walk. She really does need to be close to her humans. We have had two wee accidents in the house first thing in the morning. We have learnt that she sometimes goes out before breakfast but doesn’t wee. Then when she eats, the floodgate opens shortly afterwards 😂 just need to make sure she has toileted before brekkie, so that’s on us.

Tia has also been practising a puzzle game.
She also seems to do well with a slow feeder which we use at dinner time only at mo. She’s been really good in the car too.

I will sort some more lovely photos out soon. We have booked them in to The Cwtch on Saturday when weather cools 🤍

Dog Show -Tomorrow!

Don’t forget we are hosting the Dog Show at The Cwmbrân Big Event.

The weather is looking great so come along for a fun day out.

We have lots of fun categories to include:

Scruffiest Mutt
Waggiest Tail
Child’s best friend

As well as some the old faves like Best Rescue, Golden Oldy and Cutest Pup.

The show starts at 2pm but we are taking registrations from 12pm.

Entry is £2 per class- please note that we are cash only. All proceeds will go to the charity.

Dog Updates! 🐶

“It is Odyn’s 2 year Gotcha Day already. How the time here with us has flown!! He’s had quite an eventful last 12 months needing 2 trips to Bristol Vet Specialists for work on a cracked canine tooth and was also diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. All I can say is thank heavens for insurance! 😅

Neither thing has slowed him down and he is still an absolute joy for us every day. He loves being out on walks, water, chasing bubbles and still loves to be upside down 🙃

Thank you for trusting us to take care of him. We are eternally grateful. ❤️🐾”

“All three girls have settled lovely! Sundae walked in had a sniff and was content straight away. S’mores took abit more time but she loves watching Kieron on his games🤣 Nola was under the bed for a while and retreated back there after food but while she was out she was having smoothes and flashing her belly 🥰
