Holiday

I am officially on holiday. (Currently sat at Heathrow waiting for brekkie)
I will be back to routine on 15th August.

Please be aware I wont be able to sort bookings, queries etc out... I did not bring my diary! But will sort out when back home on 13th August

📢Client announcement. PLEASE READ

I have had a few late/same day cancellations or no show appointments recently.
I have always had a policy in place to cover costs for this, that traditionally I haven't been very forceful with, but as this is my main earning job now I am going to have to enforce the payments going forward.

Late cancels within 48hours, before appointment will be subject to half the groom price,

No shows will be charged at full fee as I am unable to rebook another dog in the space.

Same day cancels will also be charged full groom fee, as with no shows I am unlikely to be able to refill the space.
