*HEAT*

With the weather next week set to reach over 30, especially on Tuesday. We just want to remind everyone that the salon is fully air conditioned throughout to keep it at a very cool 17 degrees 😁

However the pavement outside will be super hot so please carry your dog in if its to hot to touch or stay close to the shops where the path is usually shaded.

Please don't walk your dogs before you come to us and any dogs that are showing signs of heat stress when they arrive we will have to turn them away I'm afraid as the grooming process can make it so much worse.

PLEASE READ - **email reminders**

We are having an issue with our diary system where some people are saying they are not getting the email reminders and some people are. We have contacted the system who have said the email reminders are okay as normal and being sent out and to check we have the correct email addresses.

This is where the confusion is as some who have always got emails have stopped getting them and some people who never got them now are getting them and we can't seem to figure out why 🤣

Please do check your junk and mark our email as safe but also we strongly reccomend putting all your appointments in your personal diary as the emails are from an automated system and we have little control over them and from our end they are saying they have been sent.

Please do message us if you need a copy of your appointments sent to you so you can pop them in your personal diary and we will happily send them over. Please please dont rely on the reminders for your appointments 😁
