🐾 A little cat-sitting catch-up! 🐾

I’ve been back looking after gorgeous Loki since last night and, as always, he’s been keeping me entertained. 🥰 We’ve had lots of cuddles and playtime together — although this evening he was nowhere to be seen 😂 clearly far too busy outside exploring!

I’ve also been looking after two other lovely cats since Saturday. They’re both a little shy and much prefer spending their time outdoors, so our visits have been a little more on their terms. 🐱🌿 They’ve been popping back for their food and letting me keep an eye on them from a comfortable distance!

It’s been lovely having a few furry faces to care for again. 💛

On a more personal note, sadly my own cat Bolt is still missing and we still haven’t had any sign of him. 😭 We’re missing him terribly and just desperately hoping he finds his way home soon. 🐾💔

If anyone local happens to see him, please keep an eye out for us. 💛

🚨 MISSING CAT – CRICK 🚨

Please could everyone in Crick keep an eye out for our cat Bolt. ❤️

We live down C-M-W, and Bolt was last seen on our camera at around 4:40am yesterday morning (Tuesday 25th August). We haven’t seen him since.

This is completely unlike him. Bolt never normally wanders far at all — he is nearly always either in our garden playing with us or inside the house. Because it has been so hot recently, he has been venturing outside during the night, but he normally stays very close to home and always comes back.

We’re getting really worried now, especially as nobody has seen him since early yesterday morning.

🙏 Please could anyone around C-M-W and the surrounding streets check:

* Sheds and garages
* Greenhouses and outbuildings
* Under decking or garden furniture
* Bushes and hedges
* Anywhere he could have accidentally become shut inside

Even if you think your shed or garage hasn’t been opened recently, we would be so grateful if you could have a quick look.

If anyone sees Bolt, has seen him since Tuesday morning, or has any camera/doorbell footage of a cat that could be him, please message me straight away.

We just desperately want him home. 💔🐾

🐾 A little update from me 🐾

I’ve been a little quieter on here this week, so I just wanted to pop on and say hello. 💛

My daughter has been poorly, so I’ve been spending my days looking after her and keeping things a little slower where I can. Family always comes first, so social media has definitely taken a back seat for a few days.

I’m still here and still caring for all of my lovely cats as usual, and I’ve got a busy weekend ahead followed by another busy week next week, so there’ll be lots more furry faces appearing again very soon. 🐱🥰

Thank you so much for always being patient and understanding when I’m a little quieter than usual. I really appreciate all the support for Crick Cats & Cuddles. 🐾🧡

I’ve recently been very kindly gifted this adorable capybara cat bed as part of a collaboration with Whiskery Sour, and I thought it would be lovely to give it to one of my regular Crick Cats & Cuddles clients to keep and enjoy. 🥹💛

I’m looking for a regular client whose cat I already know and have looked after before who’d be happy for their cat to try it at home.

All I’d ask in return is a few cute photos or short videos of your cat using it, plus permission for me to share them on my Crick Cats & Cuddles social media as part of the collaboration. 🐱📸

A little catch-up from me 🐾💛

I haven’t been posting quite as much lately because it’s been such a busy few weeks! When I’m not out looking after cats, I’ve been making the most of time with my daughter too, so life has definitely been full-on. 🥰

This week I’ve had some lovely visits with Lily & Poppy. Lily and I had some gorgeous cuddles outside, while Poppy had mostly been out and about exploring.

She finally made an appearance just in time for her food though 😂🐱

Such sweet girls and always so lovely to see familiar little faces again. 🧡

A lovely little round-up from my recent visits 🐾💛

I had my last visit with gorgeous Ruby & Smudge this morning after looking after them for the past week. They’re both 18 years old and have such different personalities — Ruby absolutely loves all the fuss and attention, while Smudge is much more of a “food first, then I’m off!” kind of cat 😂

I’m also back looking after lovely Lily at the moment. I looked after Lily and her sister Poppy a few months ago, so it’s been so nice to see her again. 🥰

Poppy has clearly had much more exciting plans though because I haven’t actually seen her yet — she’s been out exploring every time I’ve visited… although her food has definitely been disappearing, so I know she’s been popping back! 😂🐱

Such a lovely mix of familiar little faces. 🧡

I’ve had some absolutely lovely reviews come through recently and I honestly can’t thank my clients enough for taking the time to leave them. 🥹

🐾 This evening’s little round-up! 🐾

First up were the lovely Lucy, Smudge & Sophie 🥰 Sophie is still keeping a very suspicious eye on me from afar 😂… although apparently all is forgiven when treats are involved! Smudge was more than happy to soak up all the attention, while Lucy was loving being outside in the sunshine. ☀️🐱

Then it was back to see gorgeous Stella for the third time! 🥹🧡 I absolutely love having repeat clients and seeing how comfortable the cats become with me. Stella loves curling up next to me on the sofa and slowly falling asleep — I could genuinely sit there with her all evening. 🥰

And finally, a visit for Salem & Mittens plus their two little guinea pig friends! 🐹🐹 The cats had decided they had better plans and were nowhere to be seen 😂, but the guinea pigs certainly weren’t complaining — lots of fuss and food, which went down VERY well!

Another lovely evening doing what I love. 🐾🧡

Back with gorgeous Stella this evening 🥹🐾 and of course, her first visit had to include one of her absolute favourites… an Untamed lickable treat! 😋🧡

Safe to say it went down VERY well 😂 There’s something so lovely about coming back to look after familiar little faces again. 🥰🐱
