Ted soaking up the summertime vibes whilst relaxing in the shade 🍹☀️ Keeping cool this summer is a must — and apparently Ted thinks the best way to do that is with a piña colada and a little umbrella! 🐶🌴 Stay cool out there, everyone (especially our four-legged friends) 🐾

Just for the laughs — real piña coladas are for humans, plenty of shade and fresh water for pups! 🐶💛

Introduce legislation to make it an offence to walk or exercise dogs during dangerously high temperatures (i.e. 25°C and above), to protect them from heatstroke and burned paws.

☀️ IMPORTANT DAY CARE UPDATE – EXTREME HEAT ☀️

🐾 DOG WELFARE COMES FIRST 🐾
Due to the extreme temperatures and the times our Day Care dogs are dropped off, all Day Care doggies will not be walked in this period of extreme heat. Their safety and wellbeing will always be our number one priority.

We will instead be focusing on keeping everyone cool, comfortable, hydrated, and safe indoors, with plenty of enrichment and supervised play.

If you would prefer to keep your dog at home in the cool and safe confinement during this hot weather, we completely understand and ask that you do not send your dog to Day Care.

Thank you for your understanding and support as we always put our dogs’ welfare first ❤️🐶

☀️ The weather’s looking HOT this Bank Holiday weekend! If you’re visiting us at Warwick Food Festival, here’s a few top tips to help you stay cool and enjoy the day 😎👇

💧 Bring plenty of water and stay hydrated
🧴 Don’t forget the sun cream
🕶️ Sunglasses and hats are highly recommended
🍔 Take breaks in the shade and enjoy some amazing food & drink
🐶 Leave pooches at home

🎶 Most importantly - relax, have fun and enjoy the atmosphere!

Hi everyone! 🌞 we are going to be at the Warwick Food Festival in St Nicholas Park this Bank Holiday weekend – for two full days! Cv34 4qy.

And wow… it’s looking like it’s going to be a hot one, so we just wanted to share a little reminder for all our lovely dog owners out there. 🐶☀️

We’ll be there selling our 100% natural dog treats and toys, and we can’t wait to see you all. But please, if you’re thinking of bringing your dog out this weekend, just be mindful of the heat. 🐾❤️

Ideally, if it’s very hot, it may be best to leave them at home in the shade, safe & comfortable in their familiar surroundings. 🏡🌳

However, if you are bringing your dog with you, please make sure they’ve got plenty of water, keep them hydrated, try to stay in the shade, and avoid too much walking on hot ground. 💧🐕

And if you forget your dog bowl – don’t worry! Pop by our stall and we’ll happily help you out. 🐾🥣

Also, please keep an eye out for the signs of heat stroke in dogs, which can include:

🐾 Excessive panting or difficulty breathing
🐾 Drooling more than usual
🐾 Lethargy or weakness
🐾 Bright red gums or tongue
🐾 Vomiting or diarrhoea
🐾 Confusion or wobbliness
🐾 Collapse or seizures in serious cases

If you notice any of these signs, get your dog into a cool shaded area, offer water, and seek veterinary advice if needed. 🏥🐾

A lovely walk today with a great pack 🐾❤️ Everyone had an amazing time… until the mystery of the disappearing dogs begin 🤔😂

Then suddenly said dogs reappears after proudly rolling in fox poo and absolutely STINKING 🤢🐶💩 …and to make matters worse, wasn’t the only one — TWO of them decided fox poo was today’s must-have perfume! 😩🤣

So… serious question… whose job is it to wash the dogs after the fun is over?! Asking for a very tired (and slightly traumatised) dog walker 😅🛁🐾

Anyone else’s dog think fox poo is a luxury scent?!

Penny & Pebbles were hard at work helping me in the garden today 🌱🐾 Keeping an eye on the vegetable plants, supervising every job (very closely! 😄), and making sure I didn’t miss anything.

But all that hard work clearly wore them out… swipe to see the result — fast asleep on the sofa having a well-earned nap! 💤❤️
