In order to improve communication, organisation, and response times within the practice, ROS Equine will now be moving the majority of routine client communication onto our dedicated WhatsApp Business number 📲

As the practice has continued to grow, Rory has increasingly found himself overwhelmed with the volume of direct calls, messages, and requests coming through personally on a daily basis. Unfortunately, despite best efforts, this does create a risk of occasional missed messages or delays in replying whilst out on veterinary calls, travelling, or managing emergencies ⛑️

To help improve efficiency and ensure nothing gets overlooked, both Florence and Kerry will now also be actively monitoring and managing the WhatsApp Business account alongside Rory ✨
