🐾 More Gorgeous Boys Arriving Soon! 🐾

We have the absolutely gorgeous Woody and Buzz arriving with us over the next few days.

Both are lovely young boys, under 1 year old, and we can’t wait to get to know them properly and begin their assessments.

As always, we’ll be taking our time to learn about their personalities, likes, dislikes and what type of homes will suit them best.

Keep an eye on the page for updates, photos and more information once they’ve had chance to settle in.

A Huge Thank You Everyone ❤️🐾

We would like to say a massive thank you to everybody who took the time to attend tonight’s meeting.

We were genuinely overwhelmed by the level of support shown for both Congleton Dog Rescue and Adopt a Rescue Dobermann UK. Seeing so many people come together with the same passion, commitment and love for dogs was incredibly inspiring.

The ideas, enthusiasm and willingness to help were amazing, and it has given us great confidence for the future. Building a rescue is never about one person – it takes a community, and tonight showed us that we have a wonderful community behind us.

We are excited to move forward, grow our volunteer teams, strengthen our support network and continue making a difference to the lives of dogs in need.

Thank you for believing in what we are trying to achieve. We look forward to working alongside you all and building something truly special together.

Together we can make a difference, one dog at a time. 🐾❤️

Nala Update ❤️🐾

Just look at this little lady now!

Nala has settled beautifully into her new home and is currently enjoying a holiday in Newark with her wonderful family. It’s hard to believe this is the same nervous youngster that came into rescue not so long ago.

She has truly come out of her shell, found her confidence and is living her very best life. Surrounded by love, adventures and canine friends, she looks completely at home and exactly where she was always meant to be.

This is what rescue is all about. Not just saving dogs, but giving them the chance to find happiness, security and their forever homes. Seeing updates like this reminds us why we do what we do.

Thank you to Nala’s family for giving her such an amazing life and for keeping us updated on her adventures. We couldn’t be happier for her. ❤️

Happy holidays, Nala. Keep making memories and enjoying every minute of your wonderful new life. 🐾💕

🐾 CONGLETON DOG RESCUE WILL BE AT BARK IN THE PARK! 🐾

We are delighted to announce that Congleton Dog Rescue has kindly been invited by the RSPCA to attend Bark in the Park at Congleton Park on Sunday 12th July.

We would love all of our supporters, adopters, volunteers, fosters and followers to come along and say hello.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the local dog community to come together and celebrate the wonderful work being carried out by rescues, charities and volunteers across the area. At the end of the day, we are all working towards the same goal – helping dogs in need and promoting responsible dog ownership.

There will be:

🐶 The RSPCA Dog Show
🐶 Charity and community stalls
🐶 Children’s activities
🐶 Food and drink vendors
🐶 Nature trail
🐶 Local attractions and entertainment
🐶 Lots of wonderful dogs and dog lovers

We are incredibly grateful to the RSPCA for inviting us and look forward to meeting everyone throughout the day.

Please come along, bring your dogs, bring your family and help support the amazing rescue community here in Cheshire.

❤️🐾 A HUGE THANK YOU TO MANDY, HER LOVELY MUM, THE VICTORIA LOUNGE BAR AND ALL OF THEIR AMAZING CUSTOMERS 🐾❤️

Today we had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Mandy and her lovely mum at K9 Raw Congleton, and what an inspiring afternoon it was.

Mandy recently completed a skydive and raised an incredible £1,300 to help rescue dogs. Through the generosity of the customers at The Victoria Lounge Bar in Hanley, she has been able to support several different rescue organisations and make a real difference to dogs in need.

We were absolutely blown away when Mandy donated £350 to Congleton Dog Rescue to help provide raw food and natural treats for the dogs in our care. She also arrived with two bags packed full of goodies, including food, treats, toys, collars and other essentials that will be put to great use by our rescue dogs.

To top it all off, Mandy’s lovely mum very kindly gave Max an extra £20 so he could choose some treats of his own while we were at K9 Raw! 🐾❤️ We thought that was such a lovely gesture and Max was certainly very grateful.

It was wonderful to hear about Belinda, the Romanian rescue dog who will be arriving this weekend, and to meet people who are so passionate about helping animals both here in the UK and abroad.

From all of us at Congleton Dog Rescue, thank you to Mandy, her mum, The Victoria Lounge Bar and every single customer who supported this amazing fundraising effort. Your kindness, generosity and compassion will directly help the dogs in our care.

We will definitely be making a visit to The Victoria Lounge Bar soon for a meal, and Max will be coming along too as he was a huge hit! ❤️🐾

🐾 ADOPTED – LOKI HAS FOUND HIS FOREVER HOME! 🐾

We are absolutely delighted to share that the gorgeous Loki has found his forever home and has now started his new life in the beautiful town of Bollington. ❤️

Loki has joined a wonderful family of seven, where he will be surrounded by love, companionship and plenty of adventures. He will have access to beautiful countryside, crunchy woodland walks, open spaces to explore and horses nearby – a dream home for such a lovely boy. 🌳🐴🐾

From the moment Loki came into our care, he won hearts with his affectionate nature and enthusiasm for life. Seeing him leave to begin this exciting new chapter with a family who already adore him is exactly why we do what we do.

We would like to thank everyone who supported Loki on his journey and wish him and his new family many happy years together.

Enjoy every moment of your new life, Loki. We couldn’t be happier for you. ❤️🐾
