Just a polite reminder to all Horsebox booking. The insurance documents and forms must be fully completed and sent back before your hire. I’m getting a little tired of going back and forth for days on end with people not wanting to fill them out or half filling them out and still expecting to just rock up and take it. If they are not completed you unfortunately do not get to hire whether you have paid your deposit or not. You are not insured to drive without all completed documentation.

Also if you don’t pay the deposit I won’t hold the date for you. Payment secures your date.

Sorry to moan but I’m spending hours a day going back and forth asking for very basic requirements.
