These services can be provided in the comfort of your own home 🏠.

This as an extra service - it will not be taken away from the grooming services within the grooming parlour.

‼️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ‼️

So it seems I need to bring this to all customers attention. I’m hoping you will all be very understanding of this post.

We now have our very amazing booking system in place which is proving to be fantastic and the feedback I have had from customers is great. On this booking system you are required to pay a 20% deposit which is non refundable to secure your appointment. If you haven’t paid a deposit and cancel within 48 hours or do not show you are required to pay a £20 late cancellation/no show fee.

I fully understand that sometimes things come up or the appointment slips your mind but please remember that this is my work/my business and I work to pay my bills and put food on the table for my family just like everyone else but if you do not show or cancel within 48hours you have to understand that I will not be able to fill that appointment in time to try and earn what I have lost.

🥞HAPPY PANCAKE DAY 🥞

Happy pancake day everyone! Many of you will be having pancakes tonight and why leave that furry member of your family out?! Why not make some dog pancakes?!
Here’s the recipe you can use that won’t affect your furry friends health 🐾.

Ingredients:

* Two bananas
* Two medium eggs
* Frying Pan
* Blender (ideally)
* Honey (optional)�
Method:

* Chop up the bananas into a bowl, or straight into the blender.
* Add two eggs and blend (electric blender helps you get a nice smooth consistency).
* (if you’re going to share the treats too you can add honey to taste at this point)
* Grease the pan and start the heat (keep it medium).
* Pour paste into the frying pan and cook until lightly browned, flip as confidently as you can!
* All to cool and then serve with optional toppings. Fruit, peanut butter and doggy ice cream as usually big hits!
* Tip – you can keep any leftover (yeah right!) in the fridge for tomorrow!�

These allow you to pop in on the day without appointment, however we do require a pre-warning phone call just to ensure that I am open and grooms will need to be booked (this is not a 24/7 option) and you can have your pooch quickly sorted for one annual fee.

🐾 NO SHOW FEE 🐾

When booking your appointments you are now required to pay a £20 non refundable deposit.

Unfortunately due to customers not turning up to their appointments without contact and leaving me and my staff member sitting around waiting I have now made the decision that if you do not turn up to your appointment without contact the full price of your groom is to be paid on the day your appointment was meant to be.

I totally understand that sometimes life gets in the way and it really upsets me to have to do this but what everyone has to remember is Whitegates Grooming is only a small business and all I am trying to do is earn money to provide for my family and pay my bills as well as making your furry friends look and feel amazing.
