Morning,
Just thought I'd do a quick update.
(Please hit like so I know you have read this!!)

I am closed from this Thursday till Monday next week.
Wednesday 13th May till Tuesday 26th May.
I only work 1 in 8 Saturdays, but closed Sundays and Bank Holidays. Any messages/calls received during these times will be dealt with on my next working day.

• Appointments
My diary is now fully booked till mid June. If you cannot make your appointment, please give me plenty of notice (at least 48hours) so I can try and swap you with someone else.
Less than 48 hours will incur cancellation fees.

• New Technology
So I thought its time to go technical and get some software to help run my business. This will be all new, so may have some little hiccups in the coming weeks whilst I get used to it!!

• T's & C's
I will be updating my T's & C's over the next week or so. Everyone will be required to read and sign these. (The new software will help with this!!)

• Payments
I can now send payment links directly from my bank to make paying easier. But you can still pay in cash and by bank transfer. (Just remember I have a new account!!)

• Now the dreaded C word!!!!
This year I turn 40, and unfortunately my birthday is December, the busiest time of year for me!! As a pre warning, I will be taking some time off to celebrate with friends and family.

As always, if you need me before my time off at the end of the week, please get in touch ASAP.

So today was the first day at Crufts, and Vogue, Elsa's grand daughter, and my Dora's half niece was in action. She made it down to the final 12 of the Junior Warrant Competition held at Crufts today (out of around 600 dogs that qualified last year).
Unfortunately no placing for her, but she looked great in the big ring in front of the crowds.

1st of the Crufts grooms complete!!
I will be closed from 5.30pm tonight till 9am Tuesday morning to allow me to get the other 6 dogs ready for Crufts, and my own ready for showing on Sunday. If you need me, please get in touch today, otherwise all messages and calls won't be answered until Tuesday.
