ATTENTION CLIENTS!

I thought this was going to be a smooth rollover from one booking app to the next.
How wrong was I 🙈

I am so sorry if you are getting bombarded with texts, I am having to cancel out lots of bookings that shouldn't be there, I.e on days that I don't work, some bookings are on completely wrong dates and times.

I am having to manually cancel or edit each one. Unfortunately, there's no delete button, so it will annoyingly message you to say your appointment has been cancelled.

There also does not seem to be an option to book multiple dogs together either, which means more messages 🙈

I'm wondering if I made the wrong choice of moving to this booking system.

It's very frustrating, and I can't apologise enough for all the texts. It must be confusing to you. Don't panic, your appointments all still stand as they are.

Sometimes I really hate technology 🙃

Good morning to you all! ☺️

As I mentioned previously, I was looking into finding a new booking system.

Well, here it is, Pata Pet, I still need to input a lot of bookings, so please bear with me whilst I input the rest of the years bookings.

You will soon have your text reminders coming from Pata Pet.

There are absolutely no payment charges for you to book appointments and accept bookings!

You will only be required to pay a non refundable and non transferable holding fee to secure grooming appointments if you:- are a new client or have previously no showed or cancelled under 48 hours.

The attached link will take you to the new online booking system. Make sure to save it to your phone as it is cloud based, meaning there is no app to download ☺️ if you are unsure, pop into the salon and I will help you ☺️

After receiving so much feedback about the current online booking system, I have found another online booking system. 💻

However, it will take a while to set up as I have all the regular clients' bookings to input for the remainder of this year. 💻

So, for now, please do not use the current online booking system, and contact me instead to book in or change any appointments. 📱

I will try my best to get this done ASAP but I am currently poorly with respiratory virus, occipital neuralgia and ear infection. 😷

I have had to take a few days off because of this, so need to prioritise rebooking clients in that I unfortunately had to cancel.

Please bare with me.
