🌞🔆 WEATHER POLICY UPDATE 🔆🌞

We know some of you are disappointed when walks are shortened during hot weather, so here’s the truth:

It’s not about cutting corners – it’s about saving lives.

Heatstroke can kill a dog in minutes.
We never, ever want to see it happen to one of our dogs.

Dogs don’t sweat like us. Once their body temperature rises, it can spiral fast, causing organ failure, seizures, brain damage – and death.

Even if they seem fine, they might already be overheating. Things can escalate very quickly!

So if we cut a walk short, or swap it for shaded play, sniffing games, or garden time – know it’s because we care. We want your dog happy, safe, and alive.

Please trust us to make the right call for your dog, even if it means doing less.

We’ll never risk their life for the sake of a full 60 minutes walk.

Please note:
Full payment is still required for walks, even if they are shortened due to the heat or changed to garden time. This helps cover wages, travel costs, insurance, and the day-to-day running of the business. Our team goes above and beyond for your dogs all year round, in all weathers, and their dedication deserves support.
