I don't care who this offends or that I am swearing because I am sick and tied of irresponsible dog owners, there seems to be more these days.

I wish I had my cam up in my car because I would have put the video up on fb.

I was driving back from picking a dog up and a f****** women had no control of her two French bulldogs that she had on two retractable leads, one pulled her came of the pavement into the kerb and if she had not tugged the retractable lead that dog would have coursed a serious accident.

She had to tug a second time to stop the dog again as it still was going to continue to go in the road, by this time I had stopped the car.

The second dog was also trying to follow the first dog. She was having a hard time to control the situation.

Now, for the f******* as****es that use retractable leads and lines in the street you are f****** irresponsible, get a normal dog lead before you course a serious road accident.

Not only are you putting your dog in danger but you are putting people's lives in danger too.

Retractable leads and long lines are not for street walking nor are they safe over fields if not used in the right way.

I ended up in hospital once with my back and in happened in the winter on a very cold wet rainy day, I had to cruel to my car and called an ambulance, by the time they got to me my lips was blue.

The stupid irresponsible dog owner did not know that the long line had got round my legs by the dog and took me off my feet, the stupid cow was on her mobile. I could not call out to her because I was in pain and the fall took my breath away.

Every day I at least see one as***le with a responsible lead or a long line walking their dog in the street.

Yes, dogs can detect scents underwater. While they cannot physically "breathe in" underwater like they do on land, gases and scent particles from submerged objects (like humans, wildlife, or items) rise to the surface. Dogs detect these rising scents and can even use a special anatomical feature to trace them right to their source. Here is how they do it:Scent Cloud Tracking: When submerged objects decompose or release oils, the scent particles float to the water's surface and enter the air. Police and search dogs can pick up this "scent cloud" while sniffing from the shore or a boat.Vomeronasal System: Dogs have a secondary olfactory system, known as the vomeronasal organ (or Jacobson's organ), which sits in the roof of their mouth. This allows them to pull in scent molecules even while keeping water out of their lungs.Depth Capabilities: Specially trained search-and-rescue dogs can accurately track underwater scents from the surface, with some cadaver dogs able to locate submerged objects or individuals at depths over 80 feet.

Its that time of year when grass seeds are about.

After you have walked your dog, please check them all over specially their paws. Its not always possible to see the grass seed, but its better to check.

I found this information

The Danger of Grass Seeds

The Danger of migrating Grass awns (foxtails) are stiff, sharp plant structures covered in tiny backward-facing barbs.

When they cling to a dog's coat, the normal flexion and movement of the dog's legs continuously push the seeds forward into the flesh.Once they pe*****te the soft skin between the toes, they don't just stay in the paw.

Instead, they work their way underneath the skin and muscles, traveling up the leg. In extreme cases, they can migrate into the chest cavity, lungs, abdomen, heart, brain or spinal canal, leading to life-threatening infections and abscesses and can course death.

Symptoms to watch for if a grass seed is traveling up your dog's leg, you might notice: Persistent licking or chewing at the paw or specific spots on the leg.

Limping or holding the leg up to avoid putting weight on it.

Painful, swollen lumps or small draining tracts (lesions) anywhere along the leg.

As soon as you see this you must take them to the vet.

There will be people that won't like what I am going to say, but I don't care.

Please please don't take your dog out in the heat, it is extremely dangerous.

Every year I see selfish owners taking their dog out over park, fair and down the beach. It is NOT good for the dog at all.

You are being cruel to your dog and please don't say you did not realise how dangerous it is.

By taking your dog out in the heat you are setting a time bomb that your dog may die, yes die, and it will be your fault.

See that attachment show how dangerous it can be.
