Due to one of our long term livery owners relocation, we will have three or four livery spaces that will become available for either part or full livery (no DIY) located in the beautiful countryside of North Oxfordshire.

We are very lucky to be able to offer incredible facilities and fabulous caring staff:

• State of the art 60m x 20m Indoor school with lights and music
• Gallery that seats up to 50 people for demos and clinics
• Drinks / Refreshments Bar within the Gallery
• Monarch Lunge Pen
• Covered Monarch Horsewalker with rubber surface
• Warm and Cold water in wash bay
• Fabulous extensive off-road hacking (no roadwork)
• Spacious, airy stables, rubber matted and with adjacent corral
• Turnout
• CCTV, fully alarmed and owners live on site
• Secure tack room
• Dressage training can be arranged with onsite Grand Prix rider
• Regular Test riding clinics with List 1 judge Pam Bushell

We are looking for a Saturday girl to help us at our friendly dressage yard. We have some fabulous horses and youngsters together with our older advanced horses. We need someone that is cheerful and capable in dealing with stallions, mares and foals.

Duties include all general yard duties, grooming and some riding depending on experience

Razz has the most
wonderful temperament, she is bombproof and easy to do in every way. She has a super sweet temperament and loves being fussed, she has no vices and is happy to live in or out.

She also has fabulous paces inherited from her parents and would make someone a fantastic top level dressage prospect with her trainable brain suitable for MCI and BD.

From 1st August 2025 we are delighted to offer a fabulous opportunity for a dressage rider/owner to rent a completely separate self-contained yard and base themselves at our beautiful and quiet private dressage yard in North Oxfordshire just outside Chipping Norton.

There is also a huge 2 bedroom apartment with underfloor heating available.

We are very lucky to have incredible facilities:

• State of the art 60m x 20m Indoor school with lights and music
