My barefoot story....

It was September 2021 when I heard the podcast by Dr Rongan Chatterjee about the benefits of barefoot shoes, and his marathon experience in them

Impulsive as I am, I dove right in and ordered some barefoot shoes

and thus a tale of transformation

I'm at the 20 month stage and haven't worn any other shoes for about 18 months

I rediscovered a weird joy in feeling my feet interacting with the ground, I've developed impressive foot strength and balance, I've realigned my hips, I've become a five finger runner, I've completed the London Landmarks Half Marathon twice in barefoot shoes.

I've bought and sold approx 20 pairs while I figure out the brands that work for me (Freet & VFF)
