A post for non existing customers:

Please be aware that our diary is currently closed to new customers - it has been closed since March 2024. In the last 4 weeks alone we have had over 30 enquiries from new customers wishing to book in. We are currently booked up 2.5 months in advance and any appointments remaining after that are for any of our current customers who only book 1 or 2 appointments at a time.

If you are enquiring and speak with us, please be respectful in regard to how busy we are and that we cannot take your dog on. No amount of pushing will make us say yes, please respect our boundaries. We have a long waiting list that we will happily add you to but just note that you may be waiting months or years.

It is really wonderful that so many of you are wanting to book in, but we unfortunately do not have enough hours in the day or days in the week to do so. Thank you to those of you who are so patient and understanding, we hope to see you and your dog in the salon in the future.

Side note for current customers:

December only has a limited number of appointments remaining from the 1st - 12th. Everything after that is fully booked. Please message to book in if you haven’t already to avoid disappointment 🎅

Once again, apologies if your dog didn’t get a phot this week, with the weather our priority was getting the dogs onto the cool floor with a fan & water ☀️

Thank you again to everyone for your understanding whilst we juggled everyone’s appointments around. We sincerely hope this is the last time we have to do it. Whilst we do enjoy the sun… roll on Autumn 🍂

What a week, not going to lie, we’re glad to see the back of that heatwave… 🫠🥵

Thank you so much to all of our lovely customers for being so accommodating, understanding and sensible this week. It has been a really tough week managing appointments and making sure each pup is groomed safely, all whilst we were melting from the heat 🫠

We are really sorry to those of you that we had to cancel this week, unfortunately there just weren’t enough cool hours to groom during. We will do our best to fit you back in ASAP.

Reminder that we’re are CLOSED next week (w/b 29th). Messages will still be replied to but please allow an extra day or two 😊

Apologies if your doggy didn’t have their photo taken this week, our main priority was getting them groomed safely so if we felt they were getting too warm, they were popped straight on the floor with a drink and a fan 🪭

☀️ - Rearranging appointments - ☀️

Hi everyone, due to the warm weather coming we are having to make a lot of rearrangements. We will be working a few earlier mornings to move afternoon appointments forward, but we are so busy that we are really struggling for space.

We are closed the week beginning the 29th, meaning we are extremely busy this week and the week beginning the 6th so we quite honestly have no where to move people at this point.

If your dog is not desperate for an appointment, please let us know as any space will help us out massively. If you have an appointment during the afternoon on Tues/Wed/Thur/Fri this week we will be in touch to cancel/rearrange. With the weather reaching 30° it is simply not safe for the dogs to travel to us or be groomed. We have fans and cool water but it really doesn’t cut it when temperatures soar.

Please bear with us, we are trying our best to move everyone to a safe appointment time, but again we are closed 29th-6th and will not be coming in during our time off.

For those of you keeping your appointments, please do not walk your dog to us and please pick up on time! If you are worried about your dog in this heat, please message us and we will try to rearrange. July is completely fully booked but we will try our best.
