PLEASE NOTE! AS from November 1st until march 31st there will be an extra charge of £1 per unit per day if temps go below 11c and heating has to be put on. As per regulations our cattery unit temperatures cannot fall below 11c. If youdo not want heating on in your specific unit please let us know and ill get you to sign a note. Thankyou
