We've been running a couple of these pulse stats for the last few weeks on a couple of our own enclosures, and we have to say they are absolutely fantastic!

Dimming stats and mat stats are also available in store.

They're very accurate and incredibly user-friendly. It's definitely worth picking one up if you're after a new thermostat.

Darren's passing is a huge loss to the hobby. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of Darren's family, friends and colleagues.

Darren's knowledge was encyclopedic and his devotion to the hobby unwavering.

RIP Darren.

Dear friends and colleagues, it is with profound sadness that we must today report that Darren has lost his battle with cancer. As many people know, Darren has been very ill for a long time, yet he has consistently worked throughout despite being consumed with pain and discomfort.

Never seeking sympathy and with barely a complaint (just a stubborn streak a mile wide and not wanting to let people down), the tenacity with which Darren has fought cancer and other complications with health over the past 3 years has been nothing short of astounding - leaving family and friends in awe of the amount of fight still left in him.

Darren passed away surrounded by his wonderful son and his precious mother. Darren held on for them to say goodbye and then drifted peacefully away.

We are heartbroken, but we are also deeply grateful for the time we had, he will be missed dreadfully by all those who loved him..

🚨🚨 Tortoise Arrival 🚨🚨

We've been incredibly lucky and managed to secure a few wonderful little Hermann tortoises.

They have their paperwork and are microchipped.

Tortoises are thin on the ground this year, so please be quick if you wish to secure one of these tiny armoured hooligans 😂😂

They're here, and they're absolutely perfect 😍

Starry Night Tokay Geckos (Gekko pradapdao) have joined our in-house breeding programme.

Discovered in a cave in central Thailand, and only scientifically described in 2021.

These newly discovered lizards sport rich highlights of gold and blue against a dark background, just like the iconic Van Gogh painting "The Starry Night."

We can't wait to work with these guys and eventually produce our very own Starry Nights......
.....And before you ask, yes, they're just as bitey as their blue and orange cousins 😂😂😂
