It's that time of year already. 🧑‍🎄🎄🌲❄️ Don't leave it too late to get tickets as they sell out quickly.

🎅🏼 ** SANTA’S GROTTO 2025 ** 🎅🏼

Who’s excited for the release of our Santa’s Grotto tickets this Wednesday 10th September at 10am?!

Here is some key information in preparation for Wednesday:

🎟 We will release the booking link on social media and our website on Wednesday morning. EVERY person attending needs a ticket.

🧺 The tickets are only yours once they have been paid for, so make sure you have your card details to hand as just because they are in your basket, you are not guaranteed to get them.

🧒 If there are no child tickets in a slot time (and just adult tickets), it means that time is sold out.

🎅🏼 Each Child will walk through our magical Grotto, meet Santa in his lounge and receive a gift (this does NOT include entry into the Petting Farm).

📆 The Grotto is open 9am to 4pm every WEEKEND from Saturday 22nd November then EVERY DAY from Friday 19th December to Tuesday 23rd December.

💴 Child Ticket: £21.99, Adult Ticket: £3.50
(Under 6 months are free with a paying sibling but will receive no gift - you will need to purchase a Child ticket for any children under 6 months without a paying sibling).

🛍 Our Grotto is located within our Shopping Village.

😵‍💫 Please triple check your booking before payment as there will be lots of dates and times on the system so it can get very confusing! All bookings are non transferable and non refundable.

📖 Read all the information carefully before booking!

🛑 There are lots of SCAMMERS out there, they will be commenting on every post of ours trying to sell tickets. Do not buy from them!
