Stacey Leads the Way Stacey Leads the Way is a dog walking and pet care service in the Lowestoft area I am passionate about all animals and have a wealth of experience.

I have always had dogs and cats at home and have been a zookeeper for the past 10 years. I can provide a safe walking service that your dog and myself will enjoy. I can offer single walks or group walks dependent on your preferences and dogs needs. I am based in Carlton Colville but can travel too. If there are any queries, please get in touch. Afternoon all.

Lots of reports coming in of Palm oil on Suffolk beaches.
I was at Minsmere today, saw bits of it and reported it to the RSPB. front desk. So evidence suggests it’s on the high water line from Benacre to Felixstowe.

The coastguard warned people to keep their pets on leads and to keep them away from the palm oil as it can pose a serious risk to dogs. If anyone comes across palm oil they are advised by the coastguard not to touch or try to remove it. 28 Feb 2025.

While palm oil itself is not that poisonous to dogs, it does have a laxative effect, and if eaten, can cause sickness, diarrhoea, dehydration and sometimes severe, pancreatitis. It can also cause a blockage if large lumps are eaten.28 Feb 2025

Please keep dogs away from this stuff for their sake.
