I wanted to let everyone know that from mid-September onwards I’ll be reducing my usual dog boarding numbers, as I may need some time off for a possible medical procedure and recovery. I will also need to temporarily close the business, including dog walking services, while I focus on recuperating.

At the moment I don’t have confirmed dates, but I’d rather plan ahead and make sure I can give every dog the care and attention they deserve. Thank you so much for your understanding and support. I will keep you posted when I know more. X

Saturday we organised a Fun group walk and all money was donated to Gabby the greek rescue dog. For those that don't know, Gabby is a dog I met at the shelter two weeks ago and I made a promise to her that I would raise the funds to get her transported to the UK. Once here, I will foster her and help her adapt to family life and work with to help her find her forever home. Thanks to all who took part. We may look to organise a few more of these in the coming months.

Gabby the greek rescue dog i named has been at the vets these last few days having treatment for the dog bite wounds to her neck. We are making progress with the donations to cover the cost to transport her to the UK, where I will foster her and help find her forever home. But we still need your help, please donate or share this post to help give Gabby the home and love she deserves.

I’ve just returned from an incredibly rewarding volunteering trip at the Happy Tails shelter in Nafpaktos, Greece. It was both physically and emotionally exhausting, but seeing the immediate difference we made made it all worthwhile.

While we were there, my mum and I made a promise to help one dog by bringing her to the UK to foster, with the hope of finding her a loving forever home. To make this possible, we need to raise funds for her transport.

Please take a moment to read her story via the link, donate if you can, and share to help us give her the chance she deserves.

My son and I are back from our Volunteering at the shelter in Greece. Although it was an emotionally and physically tiring trip, we all made a huge difference to the dogs in the shelter with the help of all volunteers. All dogs were fitted with flea and tick collars and wormed. UV netting hung in each pen, all pens cleaned and deweeded and general assisting the shelter with food and water changes, grooming etc...

A big thank you to all those who donated and help make this possible. The storage shed is now on site and will be built soon. Together we are making a difference to these dogs and giving much needed hope to the lovely ladies who tirelessly run the shelter.

Whilst I was at the shelter i made a promise to a dog I named Gabby that I would find her a home. She's had a tough start in life and deserves a family to love and care for her. Keep your eyes peeled.for my post on her.

Any of my friends interested in fostering dogs?

I'm back at the shelter in Greece which is part of . This year I've managed to rope in my son to assist me and the volunteers. We've been here now 2 days and so far we have all made excellent progress. A lot of the UV netting is up in the pens, provided much needed shelter from the sun, the pens have been cleaned and some gardening. Tomorrow we are applying the flea and tick collars and dewormer to all 100+ dogs. Without your donations this wouldn't be possible and the dogs would catch life threatening diseases. So from the dogs, volunteers here in Nafpaktos and the charity, I'd like to say a huge thank you. 😘😘😘
