Hi, I’m Carys, the City & Guilds trained groomer behind Coat & Comb. I offer professional 1-2-1 dog grooming from my home in Canonbie. The space has been designed entirely with dogs in mind, from the high-quality equipment I’ve invested in to the hand selected products I use. We had the absolute pleasure of having the magnificent Bear the Chow Chow back in the studio for her latest groom! She is such a gentle, sweet girl and always turns heads with that incredible, plush coat.

We gave her dense double coat a full luxury spa treatment, including a thorough deshedding session, deep-cleansing wash, and a complete blowout to get every inch of fur light, airy, and ultra-fluffy. We finished with a delicate tidy up around her paws and trousers to leave her looking as smart and magnificent as ever. Just look at that soft, cuddly face posing so proudly on the table! 😍📸

A warm welcome to a handsome new friend! 👑✨

We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming the lovely Buddy the Cocker Spaniel into the studio for his very first groom with us! He was such a brave boy throughout his salon visit.

Because comfort and welfare always come first in our salon, we had to clip his ears short today as those stubborn matts had gotten a bit too tight. He feels so much lighter and more comfortable now, and he still looks completely adorable with his fresh new look!

He stood so sweetly on the table for his photo session—just look at those big, handsome eyes and charming little expression! 😍📸

These two handsome lads are always such a joy to have around. We gave them both a full luxury pamper session, keeping their coats neat, smart, and smooth, perfect for all their joint adventures.
