Please know that I appreciate every single one of you for supporting my business by choosing and trusting me as your dog’s groomer.

However, I have tried to absorb and delay a price increase as long as possible following the considerable rise in the water charges earlier this year, which unfortunately has also had a knock on affect of the cost of the top quality products I use daily in the salon on your dogs along with my usual water consumption to run the salon. Unfortunately it is now becoming unviable for me to continue operating at my current pricing.

Therefore as from 1st September I have no option but to implement a price increase.

If you would like to know what your new charge will be for your grooms then please drop me a message and I’ll be more than happy to respond. However, when sending out my usual reminders for appointments booked for after 1st September I will state your new price on there for you.

With it set to get hotter again this week just a reminder that due to the luxury of the salon being fully air conditioned all grooms will go ahead as planned as keeping your dogs cool isn’t an issue here, however what you must consider as owners is how you get your dogs to and from their appointments to avoid them becoming overheated at that time. Walking as the temperatures rise is really out of the question but transporting in a cool air conditioned vehicle should offer no issues. If you find that you are struggling to get your dogs to their appointment safely please let me know with plenty of time to avoid cancellation fees. Thanks Kate😁

Lovely to welcome Senna back to the ‘Hut’😁. It’s been 18 months since her last visit with me as she doesn’t live locally, so attending a regular schedule here is a bit tricky for her owners, therefore she has her regular schedule with a groomers closer to home, but while she is staying with friends locally to the ‘Hut’ while her Mummy & Daddy are on holiday themselves they got intouch well in advance and asked if I could accommodate a groom for her……how could I say no when she is this cute?🥰, always happy to help if I can😊.

Short can still be cute! 🥰
A shorter, practical, neat all over trim was the order of the day for Buddy, as during the up and coming summer school holidays he will be spending lots of time at his very own caravan by the sea, making it a whole lot easier for his family to keep him clean and tangle free. If you are taking a holiday with your dog or someone else is looking after them while you are going away my advice would be to consider a shorter trim for the ease of coat maintenance for all involved while holidays are underway💙🐾✂️🏖️🌊☀️

With another week of hot weather upon us, the salon is fully air conditioned, therefore appointments will go ahead as planned, however please consider how you transport your dogs to and from their appointments particularly as the temperatures rise during the day. Walking them is really not an option and in their best interest in the high heat, however travelling in a cool air conditioned vehicle is a great choice keeping their exposure to high temperatures and overheating at an absolute minimum. If you are struggling to get them to their appointment safely and need to reschedule/cancel please let me know in plenty of time to avoid cancellation charges.
