A Virtual Visit to Highcroft Veterinary Centre! 🐾💻

Today we had the pleasure of welcoming the teams at Highcroft Veterinary Centre to their PitPat Friendly™ Virtual Lunch & Learn — with colleagues from their Keynsham and Longwell Green centres able to join us! 🧡

Highcroft has some wonderful veterinary heritage behind its name. The wider Highcroft story in Bristol stretches back to the early 1980s, developing from its roots as a mixed practice into the extensive small-animal veterinary group it is today.
That commitment to developing veterinary care and its teams makes Highcroft a perfect fit for our PitPat Friendly™️ community.🩺

It is also a great example of exactly why our virtual PitPat Friendly™ Lunch & Learns work so well. By joining remotely, we were able to bring teams from Longwell Green and Keynsham together in one combined session, giving more colleagues the opportunity to learn, enjoy lunch and ask questions to understand how PitPat Friendly™ can support proactive and preventative conversations with pet parents.🐾

Virtual really doesn’t have to mean less personal — it can actually mean more inclusive, allowing different branches and larger teams to get involved together when an in-person visit simply wouldn’t make that possible. 🤝

A huge thank you to the teams at Longwell Green and Keynsham for joining us today, and to the wider Highcroft Veterinary Group for being part of the PitPat Friendly™ community, allowing even more puppies and their parents to benefit from objective monitoring for FREE.🐶

A very warm welcome to The Green Veterinary Surgery, Skelton — now a PitPat Friendly™ Practice. 🐾
We’re delighted to welcome Martin Squires and his team at The Green Veterinary Surgery into our growing PitPat Friendly™ community. 🧡

Martin has been at the heart of this independent Cumbrian practice for many years, building a veterinary service firmly rooted in its local community. From much-loved family pets to horses and farm animals, The Green Veterinary Surgery has a long-standing tradition of providing personal, practical veterinary care to animals across Skelton and the surrounding area. 🩺

As a practice that also supports the next generation of the profession through veterinary and veterinary nursing training, there’s a lovely synergy between their approach and what PitPat Friendly™ is all about — supporting teams, educating owners and encouraging proactive, preventative care throughout a pet’s life. 🐾

We’re really looking forward to working alongside Martin and the whole team, giving them plenty of support (and hopefully plenty of fun!) as they introduce PitPat to their patients and clients. 🫶🏻

We are delighted to welcome the team at Summerleaze Veterinary Hospital (Maidenhead) to PitPat Friendly™️Practices! 🧡

Summerleaze has been caring for pets and their families in Maidenhead and the surrounding area for many years, with a fantastic team providing everything from everyday preventative care to more complex medical and surgical support. 🩺

By joining our growing PitPat Friendly™️ community, the Summerleaze team can introduce puppies and their families to the FREE PitPat Puppy Scheme, helping owners start thinking about their puppy’s activity, weight and lifestyle right from those important early visits. 🐕

It is lovely to meet the team and welcome them on board in person, getting them all set up today. We’re looking forward to seeing their progress over the next few weeks.

We had a little PitPat Friendly™ invite to The Beeches Vets today… with one particularly gorgeous member of the reception team! 🧡

We popped into Active Vetcare - The Beeches, to catch up with the team and were very warmly welcomed by beautiful Dory, the practice dog — who clearly takes her reception duties very seriously. 🐶

Beeches are already a PitPat Friendly™ Practice, and it’s always lovely visiting teams who don’t just recommend PitPat to their clients, but genuinely use and enjoy our products with their own pets too. There’s something rather special about sharing first-hand experience with pet owners. 🐾

Dory was also more than happy to carry out some important product testing on our PitPat Training Treats… and we’re pleased to report they received the full Dory seal of approval. 🦴

Thank you to the lovely Beeches team for having us — and to Dory for being quite possibly the most photogenic receptionist we’ve met on our travels to date! 📸

Our PitPat Friendly™ logo isn’t just something on the Vets door — it’s about teams using, understanding and enjoying PitPat for themselves and their own furfamily benefiting from proactive and preventative pet care. 🫶🏻

We are delighted to welcome the team at Buchanan Veterinary Centre, Urmston to our PitPat Friendly™️ community!🧡

Based on Princess Road in the heart of Urmston, Buchanan Veterinary Centre has been caring for local pets for over 45 years, having first been established back in 1979. That’s a lot of paws through the door! 🐾

Today, as part of the CVS family, the practice continues that long-standing tradition of community veterinary care, with an experienced team providing everything from routine preventative care and nurse clinics to diagnostics and surgery. They’re also an RCVS-accredited General Practice, Silver Cat Friendly Clinic and Silver Rabbit Friendly Clinic. 🩺

Now …they can add PitPat Friendly™ Practice to the story!

A very warm PitPat Friendly™ welcome to the team at Endell Veterinary Centre, CVS Salisbury! 🧡

Based on Endless Street in the heart of Salisbury, Endell can trace its roots back nearly 100 years, so generations of local pets and their families have passed through its doors. Today, as part of the CVS family, the practice combines that long-standing local presence with modern small-animal care, facilities and referral services including cardiology, orthopaedics and soft-tissue surgery. 🩺
…and now they can add PitPat Friendly™ Practice to the story! 🐾

It was lovely getting the team together today and officially welcoming them on board — although, as you can see, full photographic participation was a bit of a challenge… but we’ll take it! 😂 Everyone is welcome to express themselves in our community, and we want every member of the team to feel included and heard. 🫶🏻
