Great to catch up with one of our own county’s practices today at Bar Hill. They relocated to a new state-of-the-art premises in January 2024 and it has given them the opportunity to upgrade and expand their facilities. This in turn offers increased services and better care for their patients, of which now being a PitPat Friendly™️ Practice will compliment. We can’t wait to see their progression with our amazing FREE Puppy Scheme. 🧡

Little Poppy was so excited for her £49 PitPat voucher, she showed everyone at reception! 🧡

Little Poppy came in to see the nurse last week - so cute 😍

We are a PitPat Friendly Practice - which means we can give all our puppies up to 8 months of age a voucher for a FREE PitPat Activity Monitor worth £49.

This is a small device attached to the collar or harness which tracks activity and sleep connected to a handy free app! We'd love to see your pups modelling theirs for any that have redeemed theirs already 💕

This is the gorgeous Tilly, who came to see us for her puppy checks and vaccinations.

Tilly benefitted from PitPat's generous voucher scheme and got a free Activity Monitor.

It was lovely to meet Tilly, give her a nose-to-tail checkover, and ensure she had all her preventative health care treatments including vaccination and worming. What a sweetie!

‼️MISSED APPOINTMENTS‼️

We totally understand and appreciate that emergencies and situations such as staff illness do happen in practice, however a quick call or email would be very much appreciated. You expect this from your Clients and we do from ours.

If practice visits are missed, our team have to rearrange accommodation, catering, travel, pet care and other practices that may be scheduled around you. It has a knock on effect and can be very inconvenient and expensive to navigate, it may even add unnecessary time onto an already long commute for our staff.

We would appreciate your support with this, if you request a practice visit especially for a lunch and learn and receive confirmation; please keep us updated with your availability and staff participation. We are available 24/7, so there really is no excuse.

Our standard policy states at least 48 hours notice, but obviously we will do all we can to accommodate our members in an emergency.

Thank you in advance and hopefully this won’t apply for future bookings, if we all work together. 🧡

We had a lovely afternoon with some of the Park Vet Team today. Scraptoft Lane is a spacious multi-vet branch with 3 consulting rooms, they have an amazing lawn area to exercise patients securely and good parking facilities. The team are excited for their new PitPat Friendly™️ services to Clients and we can’t wait to see their progress with the FREE Puppy Scheme.

These amazing pros are committed to offering their Clients the best service and can’t wait to introduce PitPat to puppies for FREE as part of that experience. JUNE is ‘National Pet Preparedness Month’, a time to focus on pet welfare and safety in case of emergency. 🧡

Emergencies can happen at anytime, anywhere and as much as we like to think we are prepared all the time; the month of June offers the opportunity to plan ahead and ensure all pets are considered.

🧡 Walking Injury/Bite
🧡 Loss
🧡 Burglary
🧡 Travel Abroad

Whether caring for our patients in Vet practice or outside the practice environment, Vet staff or Pet parent it’s always beneficial to plan for any unforeseen circumstance.
