Myself and Michael have poured our hearts, our nights, and our savings into Hug a Bunny Shop and Mika Hounds. We listened to everything you asked for. We stocked high-quality items we personally swear by, and we kept our prices lower than the big corporations. We set up a separate instagram accounts to make it easier.

​Yet, our shop stays quiet. It really is heartbreaking to work day and night and feel like it’s still not enough.

Everything we stock we use and personally love them if we dont like something we won't stock it!

​Every single order doesn't just keep our dream alive—it literally helps us continue to fund and rescue animals in need. When you buy just one item, it changes our whole week (and yes, we do a literal happy dance).

​From the absolute brink of despair to the ultimate happily-ever-after... Alfie and Blythe are officially ready to find their forever home! 🏡❤️

​The Journey of Two Little Fighters 💪❤️

​When Alfie and Blythe first came into our care, our hearts broke. A vet had previously said there was no hope and suggested they be put to sleep. They had endured a life of unimaginable neglect:

​Tiny Cage, No Space: Kept in a cramped cage with no room to move, leaving them with practically no muscle tone.

​Home-Clipped Teeth: we believe their front teeth had been painfully clipped at home.

​Hidden Neglect: Their beautiful fur had been shaved right down to the skin to hide the severe matting and untreated mite issue. Now there hair is almost back ❤️

​Skin and Bones: They were tragically emaciated.

​But even when they were nothing but skin and bones, their sweet spirits never broke. They still reached out for love, coming right up to the Hug a Bunny team to say hello. They wanted to live. They wanted to be loved.

​It Takes a Village (And What a Village We Have!) 🌟

​We refused to give up on them, and neither did you! Thanks to the fierce dedication of our incredible vet team, the endless patience of their amazing foster carers, and the overwhelming love, prayers, and donations from YOU—our beautiful followers and supporters—the impossible happened.

​Alfie and Blythe didn't just survive. They thrived.

​Today, they are healthy, hopping, muscle-toned, glossy-coated bundles of pure joy and affection. They are a living testament to what love and proper care can do.

​These two inseparable soulmates are looking for a home where they will be spoiled rotten, given plenty of space to binky, and loved for the rest of their days.
