Mister Rogue did fantastic today!
We have a couple of new tricks up our sleeves just now, but also Rogue is working out he can use his brain in the groom room, too!

We managed to come out of the fight/flight headspace today and got a lovely bath and most all of a blowdry! Usually, we hit a tricky spot where we need to stop during a bath, and blowdrying is usually well off the cards. But today, Rogue was able to show me all of his commands and how smart he is, WHILE we had the dryer on him. Naturally, we still had a couple of moments we had to navigate, but as we always say, progress is not linear.

We ended on a fantastic high note when Rogue chose to stand, with his ball, right in front of the dryer when he had the entire groom room to move away, and no bribes keeping him in place.

Miss Winnie was fantastic today! Even after a momentary second thought when she arrived. 🤭

She didn't have a single worry, just some tippy tippy paws while we worked on them, like most every dog. It tickles a bit after all!

Kali and Mya joined us today.

Mya has been working VERY hard on gathering up a whole extra Pomsky's worth of undercoat! But her coat condition has come on MILES since we first met her!

Kali turned the groom room into a snow globe again, of course! Naturally, we all got a "dusting" of Kali glitter!

Both girls behaved beautifully, as always!

Herbie got himself Santa ready today.
He was a sleepy boy with legs that couldn't possibly hold him up 🤭

He was very long today and took some time to get through his ears and tail, especially as he's such a busy boy and gets wonderful adventures, we find all sorts of treasures in Herbie's coat during grooms. Taking him short again should help keep his coat maintenance quick and easy.

Another fantastic session, with no additional magic juice again!

If you'd told me when I met Ernie for the first time, I'd have him sat confidently on the table, in a hat, post groom I'd have laughed at you! Yet here he is!

Parker and Pepper are officially Santa Paws ready!

Nails done, deshedded, bathed, bows on, Santa hat photos taken.
And as always, they were on their best behaviour in the groom room, too.

The Jangles residents got themselves awoken from naps and ushered into the groom room today for some deshedding and baths!

Joe made a questionable 🦊 rolling choice on his walk, so naturally, we started there.
Mac was a little wiser to my plans, but the moment he was in the groom room he was perfect!
Billy came back for the rest of his groom, Ed did too! We got more coat out of Ed than we did the three boys combined! 🤭 but we got an Eddie Claus photo, too!

Everyone was perfectly behaved, Ed did tell me all about how rude it was to wake him from a sofa slumber to pop him in the bath, of course! 🤭
