After six years of hard work building Pamper Your Pooch, I've been incredibly lucky to receive over 100 five-star reviews from amazing clients. 🐾

Unfortunately, I've recently received an anonymous one-star review from someone I can't identify, so I haven't been able to resolve whatever the issue may have been. It's knocked my rating down slightly to 4.9 stars. I know that's still something to be proud of, but as a small business owner who puts everything into their work, it is a little disheartening.

If you've ever been happy with the service you've received from me and haven't yet left a review, I'd be so grateful if you could spare a couple of minutes to do so. Your feedback genuinely makes a huge difference to small businesses like mine.

Following on from my baby bump news... because little one is due in December... 🤦‍♀️🙈🤣

I'd definitely recommend getting your Christmas grooming appointments booked in early! 🎄🐶 Appointments are now available using the Book Now button at the top of my page.

I don't have an official date for starting my maternity leave, as I'm just going to see how I get on. As long as everything goes to plan, I'll be closing for Christmas as usual on 23rd December.

Due to the continued rise in running costs, products, equipment and general business expenses, I’ve had to make the difficult decision to slightly adjust my prices to continue providing the same high standard of care and service for your dogs.

I truly appreciate your continued support, loyalty and trust in me to care for your pups, it genuinely means so much. Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business, I’m so grateful for every single one of you..
