Another trailer that’s been fully refurbished in our workshops by our talented team. The attention to detail is credit to our staff who took this trailer back to a skeletal frame to then rebuild. Looks as good a new for a trailer that’s 12 years old, and is far better commercially compared to buying a new trailer as a replacement.

A new addition to support our extensive fleet of equipment. Our Mechanics vans are a vital asset enabling us to react quickly to breakdowns and keep machines moving. Our 2021 MAN van has covered 170,000 miles with ease so there was no other van to look at when an additional van was required.

With continued growth in the AD sector, extra mowing capacity is needed for the forthcoming grass season. The Big M was the machine of choice, not only for output but also for its grouping ability allowing us to autoswath 9m of grass in one operation. A useful option on 2nd and 3rd cuts of silage.

Our workshop is busy carrying out essential maintenance and upgrades. Our Claas Jaguar has the chopping cylinder out so we can replace the bearings and while it was out gave us the opportunity to throughly inspect it. We found a couple of hairline cracks on the knife holders so they are being replaced.

The John Deere’s hub seals are being changed after some weeping was spotted and the 5th of 7 vredos are undergoing its annual inspection and service.

Investing in our Workshops, mechanics and diagnostic tools is invaluable in keeping us competitive as a business and allowing us to run great kit for longer. With new machine prices extortionately expensive, look after what you’ve got! 👌🏽💪🏼
