I realise it's been a while !
Today saw two young guns heading to Little Downham. A just 5yo gelding and a just 6 mare.
Both very inexperienced and at times I'm sure questioning my sanity, and the assignment set !
Both super dressage 32 and 32.5 .
Sj both had young moments 2 down for him and a refusal for her (I don't think she realised the jumps get in the way when your doing a lovely canter! Concentrate! )
Xc he was great albeit wobbly to start, the 3rd was the water, I realise this is a huge ask for any horse so early on, it was too much for him!
She jumped a super clear just going steady and correct gor a few time faults.
Completing and finishing 2nd.
So pleased with both and their behaviour was impeccable.
Great futures lie ahead ......
