Just a polite reminder to everyone in regards to time keeping with the field. Clients must leave the field 5 minutes before the end of the session to allow for 5 minutes to load dogs into your car and leave the car park. This is clearly stated in the terms and conditions which you agree to when booking the field. You will be politely asked to start making your way to your car if you are late, to allow the next client to have their full allocated time.

Unfortunately, we have been left some negative reviews in regards to this policy. These are from people who have never booked the field and are friends of the person involved. This is related to a client being politely asked to leave the field, due to being late. This has been upsetting as the other reviews we have received have been positive.

We love being able to offer a safe, friendly and secure field for our clients. We appreciate those who continue to support us.
