Mercer Show Team We are a showing yard based just outside Newmarket, specialising in native breeds, competing at county level.

We are a small team who work closely to insure each horses individual needs are met.

Fabulous week with very well behaved ponies!!

Greenwing St David was 4th inhand Geldings with his breeder Lee and went beautifully again for me in the ridden geldings to stay in for the ride judge. Thank you so much for running him he looked stunning in the class.

Perthog Lady Sioned owned by Greenwing Stud performed exceptionally well in the ridden mares for her first season undersaddle having only attended a handful of shows prior.

Maesmynach Annwyl owned by Nicky Harrison was also an angel in the ridden mares and gave both Mabel Mercer and the ride judge a beautiful ride.

My own 4yr old Pennal Delwyn was an absolute gentlemen and we had an amazing experience in the Junior Stallion class.. what a buzz!! Being the only female handler in there, there wasn’t another pony I’d want to be running..

Thank you to everyone who makes it possible for us to go to these shows! Sophie King for running the yard and Ben for helping us in Wales!!

Only took the inhand ponies for the morning..
Very pleased with my 4yr old D Stallion Pennal Delwyn who’s recently been backed and now come back in from a short break to see the world and was Reserve D Champion. Excited for the future with this boy 🧡

Glenbanchor Lady Feolin owned by Caroline Brett was Reserve Non-Welsh Champion and Claife Vaila owned by Alison Bromwich was Reserve Shetland Champion 💙
