Ryan is continuing his daily 4K runs, no matter where he is in the world, as he prepares for the big 10K at the Great Manchester Run in support of Cats Protection 🐱

This week he’s also proudly supporting , a Burnley charity raising awareness around mental health and encouraging people to speak openly and support one another.
