Guys please remember we have a 24hr min cancellation policy full payment will be required for missed appointments and late cancellations this is really becoming a problem for us now we will be potentially taking a 50% deposit for appointments in the future I understand things come up but we are only a small business and missed appointments really are a big impact on us especially when staff are in thank you for understanding 🐾
